Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-in clients whenever available. However, to ensure your preferred time and avoid waiting, we highly recommend booking in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and better manage our schedule.
How long do gel nails/extensions last?
Gel manicures typically last 4-5 weeks, depending on your nail growth and daily activities. Gel extensions can last even longer with proper care and timely refills (every 4-5 weeks is recommended).
What hygiene measures do you have in place?
Your health and safety are our top priority. We use hospital-grade sterilization for all tools and equipment, single-use disposable items where applicable, and sanitize all surfaces between clients. Our team is trained in strict hygiene protocols to ensure a pristine, safe environment.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is convenient street parking available near the salon. Alternatively, we are located just a 1-minute walk from Lidcombe Train Station, making access easy for everyone.
